Our Mission as Teachers
Our team of yogis are certified yoga teachers by accreditable schools, highly qualified and experienced in order to offer our community the highest standard of classes. Our goal is to teach from a place of love and compassion, to help you learn how to listen to your body and how to experience the other aspects of yoga besides the physical activity.
These teachers enjoy sharing the practice of yoga in a joyful, authentic and kind way with a strong emphasis on Pranayama (breathwork), proper alignment and the importance of mindfulness.

Guest Teacher
Bridgette Kadunc ~ RYT200
Bridgette started exploring her Yoga journey in college. It was while taking her very first Yoga class, the instructor gently guided them into a very relaxing pose, known as Corpse Pose (Savasana), when she realized this was something she could enjoy. She slowly continued to exploring Yoga more, realizing Yoga wasn’t just about Savasana, but so much more. Eleven-years later Bridgette really started deepening her practice primarily in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga, exploring with the Chakras and Meditation. She realized how important it was for her to share this amazing journey with others, so she became passionate to teach Yoga to seniors. Helping seniors use Yoga as a tool to help them find flexibility, stillness, peace within themselves, mindfulness in loving themselves, and all the while moving gently through these amazing Yoga poses.
Bridgette received her Chair Yoga Teacher Training Certification in JivaPatha School of Conscious Yoga, in January 2015, then later obtained her certification as a Yin Yoga Instructor under Yin Yoga Teacher Training Intensive in November 2015.

While living in Virginia, Bridgette received her RYT200 Yoga Teacher Training in July 2017. She then became a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, learning how essential oils can assist our everyday living, later introducing them into her practice of teaching on and off the mat.

Today in 2024, Yoga is still an extremely important part of Bridgette’s everyday living. Yoga isn’t just about being on the mat, it’s in every part of our daily living, from how we think, how we breath as we move through every minute of every hour, to how we treat ourselves and others, practicing Ahimsa (non-violence). Life is a dance, and learning how to allow ourselves to ebb and flow through life will help us accept things we maybe can’t change but accept them for what they are. Honoring and accepting ourselves, listening to our bodies, learning to be in the moment while finding our breath; are some of what is important in her daily living. Her passion, to help others find their way on the mat, while enjoying the journey.
