Service Description
Yoga Nidra, often called yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practiced lying down in complete stillness. As the body settles into deep rest, the mind remains gently aware, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the body to restore itself at a profound level. This practice requires no movement, effort, or prior yoga experience. You’ll be guided through layers of awareness that support the release of physical tension, mental fatigue, and emotional holding. Some students drift in and out of sleep, while others remain fully aware. Both are natural and equally beneficial. Yoga Nidra is especially supportive for those feeling tired, overwhelmed, or in a season of transition. It’s a nourishing practice for stress relief, improved sleep, emotional integration, and deep replenishment. Come as you are. Lie down. Allow yourself to rest.
