Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice designed to meet you exactly where you are. Using the chair as your foundation, we explore mindful movement, intentional breath, and simple stretches that help increase mobility, ease tension, and restore balance in the body. Perfect for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a slower, more supported approach, you're invited to come as you are and leave feeling more spacious, steady and at ease. This 60-minute class is CASH or CHECK only. Please sign-up and pay at the door.
