We’ll move mindfully through accessible postures using light hand weights to awaken muscles, strengthen bones, and enhance balance—all while staying rooted in breath and ease. Expect a blend of slow flow, strengthening, and restorative release. Perfect for anyone wanting to move with intention, prevent bone loss, and feel both strong and soft in body and spirit. Bring light weights (1–3 lbs) and wear comfortable clothing you can move and breathe in. Some weights will be available at the Shala.
