SUP (Stand Up Paddle) Yoga

Join us for a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) Yoga class in Crystal River. We start with a warm-up paddle around the beautiful, manatee filled waters around King’s Bay follow by a 75 minute SUP flow yoga practice! This is an all levels class.

This class is for you if:

✨ You have a consistent yoga practice

✨ Feel comfortable in the water

✨Have an adventurous heart

Experience cost is $50

This includes a SUP board, PFD, anchor & class.

Have your own board? Join us for $25
