Join Lynn for this two-Week Yoga Basics Clinic to explore commonly used poses more deeply. As a continuation to the Yoga for Beginners, yet open to ALL yogis, Lynn will be offering 2 additional yoga classes in order to spend more time exploring alignment of several common yoga postures that are found in most general yoga classes. The class will start with a short warm up and spend the majority of time breaking down the pose so that the student can feel stable and at ease with the poise. The class will end with a short cooldown and a sweet savasana. The poses we plan to further explore are: * Downward Facing Dog * Warrior 1/High lunge (with a possble added twist) * Warrior 2 (with Exalted Warrior and Extended Side Angle) * Triangle pose Each week, two of these poses will be explored to add to your yoga treasure tool box!
