Service Description

Slow & Strong Yoga is a powerful form of yoga practice. The class is challenging with long holds in strong poses, such as plank, to build strength in the body, while connecting to the breath. This class is intended to get you moving and sweating, rounding off with restful postures to stretch and relax after the work is done. It closes with sound bowls during savasana to allow for a complete experience and opportunity for integration. All levels welcome but expect to work hard and sweat!
