Service Description

Join Nancy for the Four Building Blocks of Yoga Series to continue to build your yoga practice or add new skills to your existing practice. Each week, you will experience a gentle warm-up followed by the week's focus: - Week one is all about Foundation: building from the ground up with standing poses. - Week two will work on Form: learn how to safely move in to Warrior poses. - Week three will work on Flexibility: learn to access twist and bends - Week four you Flow: bringing together everything you learned from the previous three weeks. Each session will end with a guided meditation and pranayama (breathwork). This series is for you if you are new to yoga and want to learn how to build your practice or if yo are a seasoned yogi who is looking for a refresher through a beginners mind. Series will be held on Wednesdays from 6 to 7:30pm at the Soulful Shala from April 3rd through April 24th, 2024. Investment for the whole series is $60.
