Our Mission as Teachers
Our team of teachers are certified yoga teachers by accreditable schools, highly qualified and experienced in order to offer our community the highest standard of classes. Our goal is to teach from a place of love and compassion, to help you learn how to listen to your body and how to experience the other aspects of yoga besides the physical activity.
These teachers enjoy sharing the practice of yoga in a joyful, authentic and kind way with a strong emphasis on Pranayama (breathwork), proper alignment and the importance of mindfulness.

Bettina Fegan ~ E-CYT200
Bettina fell in love with yoga after taking her first class in 2013. To deepen her own practice, she took her first 200-hr teacher training in 2014 which was a deep dive into anatomy and physiology. Then in 2017, she completed her second teacher training where she began to understand the deeper meaning of yoga. This gave Bettina a 400-hrs of YTT. At that moment, she knew she wanted to share the beautiful & empowering practice with others.
As a teacher, Bettina is dedicated to sharing the light and joy of the practice. With every class she strives to create a space of positivity and empowerment allowing students to embrace their true potential.
"Discovering yoga was a beautiful introduction to an authentic practice on an illuminated path that moves with me through life's changes and obstacles, and somehow places me back to the seat in which I began."
